Naturalized US citizen Since I decided 911 was an inside job I've been absorbing every bit of information I can about the New World Order so I can reorder my life accordingly but it hasn't been easy.
In school...still, with just 2 or maybe 3 qts left.

Bank robbery, defacing government property, writing bad checks, Besides that I like animals, hanging out with my honey, listening to techno, and soft rock, shiatsu, and holistic Eastern style medicine.

Darkness, horror, or evil, spiders, people who dont like people.

Favorite Movies:
Braveheart, Corpse Bride, Mama Mia (I know your probably sick of that one), Memoirs of a Geisha, Return to me, Notting Hill. The first Bridget Jones Dairies was ok, Star Trek...i went with a bad attitude but turned out good imo.
Favorite books:
The Bible (even though I've never read it), I liked the Sweet Vally High series. I read, "Confessions of an Economic Hitman" that I would recommend but didn't really enjoy it.
The Keisha fitness plan for obesity and everyone else:
Avoid all Aspartame, MSG, and refined sugar because these are what causes the food cravings and spike insulin levels. They are also addictive so if you freak out for a couple weeks, dont worry it'll get better when these toxins leave your system.
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and alkalize your blood with apple cider vinegar (burns fat). Eat seeds rich in B17 (knocks out cancer), theres lots more vitamins people should take for different things but not enough room to go into.
Dont forget to work out because even if you just cut carbs and calories, if you don't work out you'll loose muscle tone and some fat will stay in areas you don't want it. Also just having muscle tone will cause your body to burn fat more readily so exercise is really important and I think gets overlooked a lot.
